   Efforts in capacity enhancement of women, has been undertaken by -

-         Swa-Shakti – Nirdesh, our partner organization in Muzaffarpur has provided training in :

a). Teleconferencing to 100 women via the Gyan Darshan channel of IGNOU.

c). Panchayati Raj covering 796 women

d). Group Dynamics (645 women)

e). Group Leadership (645 women)

f).  Accounts (645 women)

g). Health and Hygiene (645 women) 

h). Group procedures and norms (645 women)

 i). Gender (645 women)

 j). Cluster and Federation (430 women)

 k). Community Organisation (120 women) 

-         ADITHI-Plan project provided trainings to nearly 500 beneficiaries in the past one year on varied topics like :

d.      Cluster Formation

e.      SHG

f.        Education

g.      Health and Hygiene
